The Congress will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. The room block rate is $185.00 CDN. Once the room block of 725 room nights is booked, the rate will change to $199.00 CDN.

Cut-Off Date
The "cut-off date" for accepting reservations into this room block is May 4, 2006. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate, based on availability. Failure to reserve rooms before the cut off date will not impact the enforceability of the attrition or cancellation clauses.

All guests shall make reservations directly with the Hotel @ 416-947-4955 ext. 4440 (or through Sheraton's Central Reservation Office @ 1-888-627-7175) or via the Sheraton website until the cut-off date.

TTC – Toronto Transit Commission
Route 192 is an all-day, accessible, express bus service between Kipling Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway and Pearson Airport. To get to the Sheraton Hotel, catch the Bus at Terminal 3 (Departures Level), Terminal 2 (Arrivals Level) or Terminal 1 (Ground level) and take it to Kipling Station. Then take the subway (train) along the Bloor-Danforth (Green) Line to Yonge-Bloor Station, and transfer to the Yonge (Yellow) Line to Queen St. Station. The Sheraton is on the south side of Queen St., west of Yonge St. and the Eaton Centre. One-way travel time on the bus is approximately 20 minutes, and on the subway is approximately 25 minutes. Regular TTC fares apply, with full transfer privileges to and from other TTC routes. Adult cash fare is $2.75. Pacific Western Airport Express (Coach)
(Airport to Downtown Toronto Service)
The bus picks up on the Arrivals Level of Terminals 2 & 3, and at New Terminal 1 on the Ground level - post P7. All buses are wheelchair accessible and also have front kneeling doors for easier access. This is a 24 hour service. Destinations include the downtown bus terminal, as well as several major downtown hotels. Connecting service to other downtown locations is also available for an additional fee.

Taxis and limousines from the airport have zoned fares. To get from the airport to the downtown area will cost $43.00 for a taxi and $47.00 for a limousine.
